Megan Hovious counsels insurers in connection with coverage issues and disputes arising under general liability, professional liability, directors and officers, representations and warranties, employment, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) policies. She also has experience providing counseling and litigating claims under general liability policies in the mass tort sexual abuse context, including in landmark cases. 

Before entering private practice, Megan spent nearly a decade in various finance and accounting roles, primarily in corporate accounting. She also has experience preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
