She has considerable experience advising insurers in connection with cyber insurance policies and other first- and third-party technology risks, including media, technology, and privacy-related exposures arising under professional liability and general liability policies. She regularly provides guidance on complex financial or accounting-related matters, such as cyber claims for business interruption loss, and frequently advises clients in connection with data breach class actions and claims involving AI, website tracking technologies, and privacy statutes such as CIPA and VPPA. She also represents insurers in connection with other coverage issues arising under cyber policies such as rescission and evaluation of claimed first-party losses.
