- Obtained favorable rulings for cyber insurers in coverage litigation arising from privacy suits against a software company, resulting in a determination that the insurers had no duty to defend or indemnify the majority of the underlying actions. - Assisted in the preparation of a U.S. Supreme Court petition for certiorari concerning judicial immunity on behalf of state court judges.
- Obtained dismissal for an excess fiduciary liability insurer on the ground that policies covering only allegations relating to fiduciary obligations were not triggered by a suit against the insured’s benefit plans arising from a stock buyback.
